What type of project do you do?

We’re versatile, love learning new things and enjoy a challenge, so the range of projects we do is large. Our clients use our visualizations and animations for sales, concept creation and to win interational competitions. We work with developers, landscape designers and urban planners. We understand that depending on the purpose of the visualization or who the end customer is, you’ll need a different aestetics. And we’ll be happy to adjust the look and mood of our renders to meet exactly what you need.

What info do you need for a quote?

To be able to estimate the price and time frame we need to know:

  • how many images do you have in mind,
  • what type of space are we visualizing (interior, exterior, aerial),
  • what’s the deadline, 
  • how are you planning to use the images (for competition, sales, concept showcase or something else).

Also screenshots of the work-in-progress 3d model and any other explanatory images will be very helpful.

How long does it take to complete a project?

Our team is 27-people strong and flexible, so we can work very effectively. Standard project life for, say, 6 visualizations of apartment building, takes 2 to 3 weeks, while 1 minute of animation needs 3 do 5 weeks of work. Please note, that we’re usually booked for about 4 to 5 weeks in advance, so if there’s a pressing deadline, contact us beforehand. 

We also understand that sometimes extraordinary circumstances come to play. If that’s the case, contact us to ask about available time slots. In some instances we can regroup and make it work.

What should we prepare on our end before we start the project?

The “starting package” depends on the project and can be slightly different each time. But no worries. We’ll send you a Production Guide PDF with a list of assets and instructions that will help speed up the process. In most cases we may ask you for:

  • 3D model;
  • Viewpoint suggestions marked on model screenshots or on the plan;
  • Location for example pinned on a Google Maps;
  • Reference images, product links, or descriptions of architectural and landscape materials: 
  • Greenery reference images, plant species names, or sketches and landscape design, if you have one:
  • Relevant CAD drawings (in PDFs and DWG formats);
  • Reference images that capture the desired mood, activities, or overall feel of the project.

Those are general examples of information we might need. We’ll send you a list of project-specific assets and instruction before we start bringing your vision to life. 

How do I prepare a 3d model? What formats do you work with?

We’re flexible and work with most 3D models. We usually suggest that the model contains main architectural geometry and landscape design, but has no details like HVAC installation, bathroom appliances or entourage. 

In terms of file format, Rhino .3ds and Sketchup .skp are fine simply exported from the software. If you have Revit models, we’ll ask you to export them into .FBX file. And ArchiCAD models - saved as .OBJ with 1000mm scale. If you work with any other format, contact us to discuss the details. 

If you don’t have 3D model, we can offer preparing one for your from 2D sketches or references. As this is an additional service it will influence the project's quote. If you’d like to know more about it, don’t hesitate to contact us.

Can I choose a currency of the payment?

Yes, you can choose either EUR, USD or PLN. Whatever works best for you.

What if we need to make changes in the project in the future?

We’re happy to help. We can come back to your project if you need to change it or create some additional content. Each project stays in our archive for five years, as clients often come back to us with more commissions. After the competition is won, we often visualize postcompetition concepts and marketing materials for when the investment is built. So if you expect to continue working on the project, we’ve got you covered.
